History of Dubois Technics
Originally from the Mons region, I began my training at the Institut Saint Luc in Mons, where I obtained my diploma as an automation electrician. My first steps in the technical world were marked by this training at Saint Luc, which laid the foundations for my passion for electricity and automation.
My involvement in the technical world is not limited to my professional training. My hobbies, which are closely linked to my profession, have also enabled me to acquire in-depth expertise. These enriching experiences have strengthened my passion and my understanding of technical challenges.
After consolidating my skills, I broadened my field of expertise by obtaining a degree in business computing from HELHa in Mons in June 2013. On the strength of this dual training, I joined Colruyt Group in June 2014 as a maintenance technician, contributing to the smooth running of the fleet of machines.
In 2017, I took the next step by joining Infrabel as a Senior Technician at the central services in Brussels, more specifically within the ECFM (Our ‘Lighting, Heating & Motive Power’ Technicians). Fascinated by the various electrical installations along the tracks, we are responsible for the maintenance, assembly and repair of power installations for signals and points, medium-voltage installations, point heating, pumps, lighting, emergency power supplies and much more.
Since 2020, I have continued in this role at the ECFM with the rank of Deputy Technical Area Manager, putting into practice my commitment to the quality and reliability of critical infrastructure.
In July 2020, at the height of COVID, I founded Dubois Technics to provide bespoke technical solutions in the fields of electricity, IT and video surveillance.
